You call or email with your interest in joining or trying a SGPT class so that we may place you in the best class for you with open space (Since SGPT class spaces are limited)
New classes may also be created dependent upon studio and trainer availability!
Payment is a monthly fee that has been created; based on a yearly fee, which includes vacations, holidays, longer months & partial months. All have been taken into consideration to develop the monthly payment.
Payment is due THE LAST WEEK OF THE MONTH, PRIOR TO THE START OF THE MONTH

TRX: Use a suspended resistance system against your own body weight. This class helps to build muscular strength, endurance, and improve balance.
TRX/Cycle: Combines the best of two worlds with muscular strength, endurance, and cardio benefits. Uses both the cycle and TRX for portions of each class.
Strength Circuit: Teaches proper alignment and body mechanics involved with lifting weight. Preform exercises that are powerful, specific, challenging, and safe!
Strength & Conditioning: Use full body exercises, weights, battle ropes, steps, and more all while learning proper body mechanics involved in high intensity workouts.
Barre: A variety of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and functional fitness exercises. It incorporates cardio, and toning formats. Class focuses on posture, balance, strength, and flexibility. Designed for a wide range of fitness levels, ages, and bodies.
Yoga Rise: Designed to open the body slowly to start the day. Class will feature more powerful poses focusing on strengthening the body, with very little flow yoga.
