Group Exercise Classes

Our 45 minute format for all Group Exercise classes include; IM=X Pilates, Cize Live, Yoga-level 1, Silver Sneakers; which includes service to Silver & Fit, Circular Circuit & Mind-Body Combo.

Morning Mash-up: Class begins with a 15-minute standing cardio dance warm-up, then flows to a 15-minute mixture of seated and standing exercises using a variety of resistance equipment. Class ends with 15-minutes of gentle yoga.

Pilates: Improve core strength and postural muscles through exercise series preformed primarily on the floor and with the use of a variety of exercise equipment.

Gentle Yoga: Opens the body slowly, improving range of motion while addressing back care and breath restoration.

Mind-Body: Class combines the ancient art of Tai Chi, that uses gently flowing movements to increase balance, coordination, flexibility, muscle strength, and may include movements taken from Barre, IM=X Pilates and Yoga

Group SilverSneakersĀ® Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Our classes are part of our monthly payment system with only a small increase to accommodate smaller classes  The best part is you simply decide how many classes you would like to take a month and then show up for any that work with your schedule.

You must use the classes you registered for during that month, or you lose them. So we encourage you if you miss a week due to travel or vacation, come to 2 classes the following week or two, to make them up!

Of course we will prorate if you join at any time during the month!  So you pay for what you use, when you join anytime during the month!

  1. Payment is a monthly fee that has been created; based on a yearly fee, which includes vacations, holidays, longer months & partial months.  All have been taken into consideration to develop the monthly payment.
  2. For Adults under the age of 65, Evening classes only 1X per week: $38, 2X per week: $76, 3X per week: $114
  3. Adults 65 and older pricing is as follows: 1 class/week $22.00, 2 classes/week $44.00, 3 or more/week $50.00
