Doug Long

Doug has been training for 25 years at gyms, athletic facilities and YMCAs, in 3 states. He has worked in positions as a Trainer then quickly moving to Director and then Director of multiple facilities. He has held certifications with many National/International Organizations; IE: NASM, AFFA, and ACSM. Currently he is a a ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. He is a YMCA of the USA Foundations of Strength & Conditioning Trainer and has presented for them for the last 8 years. Doug also carrys the highest Certification in the YMCA of USA system; Fitness Specialist. He is currently a Trainer for the East Side YMCA. His approach to fitness is one that embraces fun, is science based and includes balanced training. He enjoys working with a very diverse population. Your success is his goal!
