Cathy Balys

Cathy has been a client at the Whole Approach for 10+ years. She has taken a vast array of classes offered at the studio; Zumba, Strength & Conditioning TRX, Barre, Pilates and Yoga. Her focus has been on strength and conditioning classes to balance her love for running. Taking the different types of classes has allowed her to participate in various events that require cross training to participate in like; Ragnar Relay, Dirty Girl , Tough Mudder and 5K’s.

Cathy has obtained her YMCA Group Exercise Instructor Certification in July of 2017 and has started teaching at the studio in January of 2018. She is motivated by the incredible people she has met at the studio and strives to challenge herself, and others to do the best they can every day. Her belief is age is only a number and an active lifestyle is key to a long and healthy life!
